Players must register and play for a league within your boundary. To locate your local league please follow THIS LINK. You will be prompted to enter your physical address, or the address of the school your player is currently enrolled, this is used to determine your league eligibility.

Regulation II Update:
Players league age 4-7 may register with any Little League program without respect to geography or school-related eligibility requirements. No waiver is required.

Little Leagues and Presidents or Board of Director members CANNOT grant permission (or a waiver) to play for any league outside of your boundary. 

When registering registrant will be asked to provide a birth certificate, complete a SCHOOL ENROLLMENT FORM, and a MEDICAL RELEASE FORM. 
The School Enrollment Form is to be completed once upon initial registration. Leagues should keep these forms on file to be used in subsequent seasons. A new form must be completed anytime a player changes schools (within the same school year or when changing schools for grade advancement). The Medical form can be completed and filed with School Enrollment Form to be reviewed by the parent or guardian at the beginning of every new season.
