League ASAP must be completed and approved by: Monday April 7, 2025 
If each of a district’s local leagues have ASAP plans submitted and approved by Monday, March 24,
2025, the district will earn an ASAP participation incentive award. For a local league to receive its ASAP
participation credit and be in consideration for the national awards program, presented by Musco, its
plan must be submitted by Monday, April 7, 2025. For the 2025 season, the district standard of 80-89%
of its ASAP plans received/approved by April 7, 2025, will collect $300; and those districts reporting 90-
100% participation will earn $600.
